Kofein
Kofein is a chain of coffee houses, for which the owners specially select and buy green coffee that is grown in certain regions and which meets the highest requirements for roasting, storage and preparation.
The coffee-beans go through about 15 levels of sorting. In the Kofein the coffee is roasted and prepared on special professional equipment. On the menu are many kindsof coffee drinks (including those with alcohol), monosorts of coffee, specialty mixes, spirits and alcoholic cocktails. In addition, here are prepared hot dishes, pastas, sandwiches, salads, desserts.
The design of the restaurant is in the style of African antiquity, guests can sit on the couches at the wooden tables.
